"Jessica Fu was really accomodating and knowlegeable with my case, even going the extra mile with her bilingual abilities to help explain and communicate important points. I also took the driver's insurance seminar taught by Steven Chow in chinese, and there were many important details that were taught in case of accidents and how each insurance plan works. I feel I've had a stellar experience at the office today, and I've not a detail that I can critique!"

"Jessica hooked it up. I work in Dana Point but she was the first to answer my (many) calls to other agencies for life insurance.
